Why the title: Soul-Refreshing

Ok so, when you go somewhere or do something for yourself that you enjoy; what is a phrase that comes to mind? Maybe: Ah, this is so refreshing!

Well – This is how this saying came about for me but with a twist of SOUL refreshing.
