Homemade Ham & Mozzarella Cheese Sticks (baked) Recipe

Made these for lunch! It’s another win – YAY!!

NOTE:

  • First: I had to ask where to find egg roll wraps. Different stores might stock them differently but at Giant, they were in the produce depart on a top shelf area – like where you find the carrots, etc
  • I put parchment paper down – not sure if you have to or not.
  • I added more ham than it calls for. I did 2 1/2 slices and then the cheese stick.
  • I also baked mine longer than it called for – some of that was probably because I had more goodies in each.
  • I also decided to increase the oven temperature to 375 AFTER the first 12 minutes or so.
  • Additional thought: it might be tasty using pepperoni and make it kind of like a pizza version?!? Not sure if it would bake the same or not but I can’t imagine it would be all that different?!!?
