Apple Snack

A simple fav we’ve come to enjoy and appreciate. Kiddos ask for it too – which is what made me think to share it.

  • Yogurt – we use Greek Yogurt for the added protein (regular vs vanilla would also cut sugars some if you prefer)
  • Peanut Butter – I’m sure SunButter could be an option as well (it’s a sunflower seed butter)
  • Honey – a smidge of honey
  • Apple – we typically use 1/2 an apple chunked up & stirred in – after you mix the other three ingredients to your liking (our top favorite apples have been Honey Crisp or Pink Lady)

Bada bing, bada boom – – a yummy snack without it being junky (and easy too) 🙂
