Cookie Sheet with Cooling Rack

I love baking – old and new recipes!

With that, I am brainstorming a way to start selling some baked goods (mostly cookies and smaller items – I can’t decorate cakes to save my life – LOL). With this thought, I was lovingly gifted this beautiful cookie sheet set for Christmas! It was exclaimed through excitement that they thought of my new endeavor!! The love within this gift brought tears to my eyes and a hug for my heart!! 🙂

So I suppose this is a two part post.

• One: I used these last night and they are nice!! Non-stick and I’ve never had a cookie sheet this big before (and it fits in regular size ovens).
• Two: As I brainstorm some more (getting my head wrapped around what I’d like to offer): if any of my local peeps are willing to help – when the time is right, I would so appreciate your support (thinking maybe cookies for a birthday party, office treats, etc). I also want to try protein/energy balls, in order to have a healthier option. So hopefully I can develop a good recipe for that too.
