Raspberry Almond Shortbread Cookies

I have always enjoyed thumbprint cookies so it’s funny to realize that this is my first time making them.

NOTE: The only thing I did differently was the type of jam I used. We love this Black Raspberry so I thought I’d try it with this cookie recipe. It didn’t disappoint one bit! 🙂
